FAQ

Shipping

What shipping provider do you use?

I use USPS first class mail for both domestic and international orders. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once it has been shipped. All orders are insured up to the dollar value of the item(s) purchased.

When will my order be shipped?

If your jewelry item is ready to ship, it will get sent out 3-5 business days after purchasing. If the piece is made to order, a processing time is included, and will get shipped out within 2-6 weeks of purchasing.

Returns

Can I return an item?

I do not accept returns on jewelry. I hope that all of my customers are satisfied with the jewelry they purchase from me. For us to achieve that, please go through and read all jewelry descriptions, look at the photographs, and make sure that everything is the correct size. Exact measurements are always listed to better aid this process for you.

***Ring sizers are sold here if you are unsure of your size!***

Custom Orders

Can I request a custom piece of jewelry?

I can no longer accommodate custom orders. To help keep business running smoothly for me, I am gravitating towards collection making only. Thank you for understanding and respecting my boundaries as an artist.

I would love to order a ring, but I don't know my size. How do I go about figuring that out?

I always recommend finding a local jewelry shop to have your finger sized at. They typically do this free of charge. If you're unable to find a jeweler,  your second option would be to purchase a ring sizer here. These affordable sizers will ensure a proper fit. It's worth it, trust me! Using a tape measure will not provide you with an accurate size.

Materials

What kind of metal do you use?

All of my jewelry is hand crafted with .925 sterling silver. Occasionally you will find some fine silver bezels, which is the strip of metal that holds the cabochon.

Jewelry Care

To maintain the longevity of your piece, avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, bathing, washing dishes, etc. Always remove jewelry before applying lotion or using household products. You can always put it on after!

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

All jewelry will tarnish over time, especially in wet climates. If you're not a fan of the antiqued look, I recommend storing your jewelry away from the elements, in a sealed vessel of some sort. In addition to that, you can always purchase a polishing cloth to give it a little pick me up. Please avoid chemical jewelry cleaners. If your jewelry needs a fresh polish, please don't hesitate to email me. I am always happy to bring your jewelry back to its' original shine for a small fee.
