Tidal Wave Hoops

This listing is for some pretty eye catching handmade hoops featuring two pieces of Union Pacific Railroad China. Often times, railroad china was thrown off of dining cars, whenever a plate or cup broke. What better way to preserve its history, than to wear it in a silver piece of jewelry.

These beauties hang from a 20g ear wire.

The teardrop shaped cabochon rests in a sterling silver bezel. The bezel is attached to the sterling silver back plate that was thoughtfully adorned with elegant stamp patterns. So much intention went into these hoops you see here. Definitely a true labor of love!
